There are three directors, all Chartered Architects, who own and run the company. All have been with Wittets for more than twenty years.

Each director is a fully trained and qualified Chartered Architect, capable of acting as a Lead Consultant or Design Team Leader, as defined in BS/EN: 7000: Part4: 1996.

In addition, every year each director carries out Continuing Professional Development training in order to add to the Company's skills and services.

Presently, these additional qualifications include Level 2 of the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland's Accreditation in Conservation Architecture and full membership of the Association of Project Management [MAPM] and the Association of Planning Supervisors [MaPS].
