Lesmurdie House is a B listed house which has been converted into eleven flats and involving the total refurbishment of the former derelict shell in consultation with Historic Scotland. A separate coutyard development of six flats was built within the grounds retaining mature hedging and existing large trees for screening and natural enclosure.
