There are four directors, all Chartered Architects, who own and run the company.

Each director is a fully trained and qualified Chartered Architect, capable of acting as a Lead Consultant or Design Team Leader, as defined in BS/EN: 7000: Part4: 1996.

In addition, every year each director carries out Continuing Professional Development training to enhance the Company's skills and services and promote individual development.

Presently, these additional qualifications include:

• Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland's Accreditation in Conservation Architecture
• full membership of the Association of Project Management [MAPM]
• full membership of the Association of Project Safety [MaPS]

In addition to the Directors our Elgin and Skye teams comprise other qualified Architects, Architectural Technicians, a Landscape Consultant and administration staff to provide a comprehensive Architecture service.
